Terminó otra semana de los Juegos Comunales

En esta segunda fecha la competencia que organiza Chubut Deportes llegó hasta la localidad de Río Mayo donde más de 160 chicos y chicas de las comunas y municipios de 2° orden participaron del Fútbol 5, Atletismo y Tenis de Mesa.

Este jueves por la tarde finalizaron los Juegos Comunales en Río Mayo. Esta es la segunda semana de la competencia que abrió la semana pasada con sus ediciones en Trevelin y Gastre.

En esta oportunidad, se reunieron y participaron de la competencia deportiva más de 160 chicos y chicas de las localidades de: Aldea Apeleg, Aldea Beleiro, Alto Rio Senguer, Buen Pasto, El Chalia, Facundo, Lago Blanco, Ricardo Rojas y Río Mayo.

El día miércoles todo comenzó con el acto de apertura que reunió a las autoridades locales y el equipo de Chubut Deportes pudo hacer entrega de material deportivo a las comunas y municipios participantes. Luego se vivió una jornada apasionante en el Gimnasio Municipal con una seguidilla de partidos de Fútbol 5 que finalizó pasadas las 19 horas.

Finalmente, el día jueves, bajo un hermoso sol que acompañó toda la jornada, los chicos y chicas realizaron dos disciplinas: Por la mañana la Pista de Atletismo junto al Gimnasio Municipal se realizarón pruebas de velocidad, resistencia, salto en largo y lanzamiento de bala y jabalina. Por la tarde, todo concluyó con un torneo de Tenis de Mesa antes de que cada delegación retorne a su localidad.

Vale recordar que este programa impulsado por el Gobierno Provincial a través de Chubut Deportes, tiene como objetivo el estimular a la práctica del deporte a niños y niñas residentes en municipios de segundo orden, comunas rurales, aldeas y parajes y de ese modo, poder brindarles un contexto de competencia organizada en esos sectores donde aún no existe un calendario de competencia fija.

La semana venidera será la tercera y última edición de esta etapa de los Comunales, las sedes serán José de San Martín y Gualjaina los días 24 y 25 de noviembre.
